I'll admit I'm considerably more coordinated with my hands than my feet, but there are some who exhibit great eyefoot coordination. I saw a video of Ronaldo juggling two soccer balls at once that you can find on youtube, and a video of a woman who can write with either foot that you could find as well

I also play a couple of hand eye sports (tennis, table tennis badminton) which is why I do hammer drills for hand eye coordination. Doing the multitasking drills 1:09, 1:20, 2:17, 4:10 helps broden your peripheral vision, awareness, and increases persipacity on the court.
