●One some rifles (like snipers), when you upgrade the inner barrel, sometimes it's longer then the stock one, and pokes out the end of the barrel, so the supressor covers it. I havn't see very many on pistols and such, that actually silence it :P There are some that do tho

●they are usually cheaper in terms of price but in terms of build quality it just depends how much you spend, that being said a top of the line gas gun will still cost more than a top of the line spring. The major difference is that a gas powered bolt action will be much smoother and easier to manipulate, more like a real bolt action rifle than a spring gun which will require some effort to pull the bolt back.
