●thats called an ice pick lobotomy. They basically cut the frontal lobe away from the rest of the brain. This is a VERY old psychology method used to fix certain disorders. A frontal lobe lobotomy usually leads to a huge change in mood/character. If my memory serves me right, hope that helped!
