●So, yes, he's full black. The pigment in the eyes didn't set in. In whites, it usually doesn't develop, where as in blacks, it usually does develop. So you may have whites with darker eyes and lighter skin (pigmented eyes and depigmented skin) and blacks with the converse. When a white and black have a baby, the eyes are blue only because the baby took the "White" gene which doesn't produce melanin for the eyes. But, depigmentation has nothing to do with race - Science.
