Neil Blomkamp submitted this as a short for halo, like a fan made movie. It's never going to be a full length movie because when they actually had plans, Microsoft pulled out and stopped funding. ●That is not a Barrett M95. The NAVY SEALS use custom sniper weapon platforms. The base that they usually start with is a .338 caliber weapon system. The stock and optics vary with the user's preference. The one in this video looks to be an M40A5 base with apparently a 16x fixed magnification low profile scope, and a recoil dampener/flash hider that happens to look similar to the one that Barrett firearms uses on their M82/M107 and M95/M98.
