●Look at it this way if you are fat do the ab workout regularly & whenever you get the chance, burn the fat off = same thing but vice versa. & if your neck hurts your form IS wrong.
●It doesn't work it either makes a rug burn on your ass or gives your partner a really bad sore throat.
●It popped up after another video, I didn't click on it, and would gladly quit coming back here but my comment about this guy itching his ass worms on the rug that i keep having to come back to defend why I say what i say.

●I agree but when you see my videos you will understand why. Doing this exercise is not right for me. I mean honestly don't the character look like some sicko sex fiend that has an itch on his underside he can't seem to scratch?

●This puts a lot of strain on my neck especially with the push threws and when my hands aren't supporting my neck anything I can do to change this?
●There are various levels for this work out. How do you know when to move up to level 2, 3, 4, etc...???
●Do ab workouts even if you have fat... But you have to eat right and run to loose the fat but there's no point in not working out your abs just because you have fat

●im 13, is it ok if i do the workout twice every 2 days plzz reply
●This is only going to work if you have already burnt all of the fat off of your mid section. If you have fat or "flab" there is no point to do ab workouts because you wont see the results when they are behind your fat. Get rid of the fat by eating little carbs and burn more calories than you consume everyday. After you get rid of the fat THEN work on the muscles.
●Eat little carbs as possible..Of course stay away from fatty foods but also avoid eating a lot of pasta and breads because they usually are high in carbs..Really all that matters is to burn more calories than you consume every day
●any thing healthy for example apple instead of a rice crispy. its common sens but most important is the actual work out and how much effort you put in
●Potato and mayonnaise ^.^
●What do you have to eat to get a 6 pack??
