●You're not wrong, we may have a saddle point. But testing (59,31) wouldn't prove it's a minimum since it could be a local maximum as well (not with with such a simple fonction though). Actually, an effective way to proove it's a global minimum is to calculate the second derivative of your fonction and look wether it's positive or negative. Beside that, great video dude, your explanations are very clear. Thank you.
