While when a horse wag's it tail 'which is known as ringing it's tail' or 'tail ringing' That might be 'WRINGING' I am not sure. Anyway when a horse does it it sure DOSEN'T mean he/she is in a good mood or happy. hahaha! Quite the Opposite. My point in all of this is you can't treat one kind of animal as you would another. That goes for people and Animals too.
