●Finnish Team was mentally stronger. They were ready for the game, (4-0) first period and they were stronger in last moments. Exciting game.
●No you dont have to, you can stand but when its incoming, its recommended to kneel at that point, this way you have change to prevent land shots which are most annoying in this sports, and those ones come ultra fast and can change direction very fast also, when you kneel, you might have change to block the so called pouncing ball from other players bat. I was goalkeeper in this sport at younger age, and all i can say, it was worth it, many ghostly saves back then :)
