An awesome remake of Harrison Ford's FUGITIVE.
●1:22 In Paint....haha :D
●I have seen both the films. In fact I saw the Fugitive first and then this. Of course its not a complete remake. But the base of the story is remade. The Fugitive was more realistically made. Because since the 60s the audiences there have preferred such a style. This movie and Indian movies in general are musicals, they have certain scenes for the comedian actors, and it's shot in a different flavor. Of course for the Indian audiences.
●what do you mean by "docu fiction"?
●love you laletta..such an amazing performance.....die hard fan
●NIRNAYAM ENNORU CHITRAM UNDENKIL , ENTE JEEVITHA KAALAM MUZHUVANUM I'L BE A DIE HARD LALETTAN FAN .... I always respect this movie..itz such an amazing one.......
●mohanlal >> harrison ford
●Both Fugitive and Nirnayam are good films. But I like Nirnayam better, because of its emotional aspect that stems from the love relationship of Roy (Mohanlal) and Annie (Heera). Unlike Fugitive, the love bonding between Roy and Annie in this film makes it powerful. In Fugitive, we don't explore much into the married life of the doctor (Ford). Unlike Fugitive, the audience understands what drives Roy to destroy the villain. He lost the woman of his life. So there is a sad realistic touch to it.
●Just because S.Sivan took a worldwide successful movie's thread and made a fine malayalam movie doesn't make it better than the original (sadly, he didn't even acknowledge it in the running title). One gentleman below says the original was like a documentary and soul-less ! Nirnayam was tailor made for Indian sensibilities (dramatization and added emotions). Nirnayam ninagalepole enikkum ishtapetta cinemayanu. Pakshe, original is docufiction, soul illa ennokke parayunnathinodu njan yogikunnilla
●'Nirnayam' is definitely not a screen-to-screen copy of 'Fugitive'. S.Sivan did a fairly good job in adapting/Indianizing the script as it dealt with a socially relevant subject with global appeal. At the same time, limit your remarks about the original version. Fugitive was like a docufiction??? Fugitive is one of the finest edge-of-a-seat thriller, nominated for 7 oscars (including best picture), garnering universal acclaim both critically and commercially.
●Ahre chup rahore chota bhai. U. Must be seeing what is your wish.wish for something Ok.
●prajod bro...entha ippol oru vivaravum illaloo....nathille prahnam onnum avasanichille?
●no words to say... this my around 15 time i am seeing this film because he is the real doctor who doing a great job forever ...
●Mohanlal with his remarkable acting lifted this movie to wondrous levels...this movie is a true gem for the malayalam film industry and for the malayalm film viewers ....especially lalettan fans..for which I am a true die hard one....guyzz stop being reprehensible about this treacle of a thriller....atleast try to observe and appreciate the effort the film crew had done here!!
●creative yet over the top, exceptionally outstanding music & BGM soundtrack orchestration and composing, unusual, rivetting camera frames...tight yet spell binding editing...new colour grading...innovative lighting and whats more..(contnd)
●...kudos to Anand and its really disappointing that a composer of such talent had been ignored over the years..besides all that the movie introduced new range of camera angles and poetic, slicky camera shots...a few scenes reminds me of a camera work that u get to see in a luc besson movie....top class mixing, sound designing and mastering, .... (contnd)
●one thing to be noted is that the music director Anand had composed the bgm to such immaculateness that it reminds of the perfection of a hollywood soundtrack that we wudnt expect from a malayalam flick..(contd)
●and it may not be an exaggeration to say that this may be the one and only technically brilliant film ever to be produced in mollywood or perhaps in a bigger sense, one amongst the line of indian films to introduce ground breaking technics before the indian film audience..(contnd)
●which is something we get to see from a hollywood flick and that is indeed something of a new cinematic experience for the malayalam film audience ...I feel that the movie is far ahead of its times considering its technical brilliance brought about in every aspect of the film(contnd)
●ya i do agree that the movie plot has its flaws but in overall sense this is one of those movies that u rarely get to see in mollywood where the movie outshines in its technical side and has the perfect blend of top notch acting and technical brilliance (contd)
●@ajiprj1 its Anand...the BGM is juz awesomely composed which had similar standards equivalent to those of an AR Rahman BGM soundtrack of the 90s... (contd)
●Mohanlal with his remarkable acting lifted this movie wondrous levels...this movie is a true gem for the malayalam film industry and for the malayalm film goers...especially lalettan fans..for which I am..a true die hard....guyzz stop being reprehensible about this treacle of a thriller....atleast try to observe and appreciate the effort the film crew had done here!!
