But you know, FFIV (Cecil's game) and FFVI (Terra's) are considered two of the brightest diamonds in the series. I suggest you playing the first six games, because they set the foundation for the newer one, in gameplay, plot elements, and characters.

●Well... come to think on it, I'm still striken by the Wiki Line: "many consider Melee to be superior than Brawl", and sure, Meta Knight is overpowered, but any character can pose a treat to the others with pure practice, to the point, that, for example, you can exploit MK' weak points with sheer tactic. Of course, SSB is not a franchise that releases games one-at-a-year, so Nintendo and Hal have enough time to make any changes they consider necesary, makind over two years of work worth it.
●For one thing, I didn't say I hated Brawl. In fact, I love Brawl! I honestly don't think Brawl was balanced at all. Think about Meta Knight, he's overpowered. I do agree with you on the variation. When I said that the gameplay is worse, I don't mean the cool gameplay like the Final Smashes, I meant how less fast-paced it was. And by "fast-paced", I mean that in Brawl, characters were much more lighter than they were in Melee. And in Melee, you could maneuver your character around easier.
