●I see what you mean, it's the same with Debussy's 'Clair De Lune' featuring in one the twilight films, most of the vids for that piece have comments like "OMG Loved this song on Twilight!!!" ...But still, it has opened their minds to better things

●It's disappointing that they only ever gain or pretend to gain interest for it because of the trend of the book.
●Why is it that disappointing? In the end, all it boils down to is that this is a greatly composed piece of music and that it touches peoples hearts and souls. Believe it or not I had never heard this piece until recently when I played a videogame called 'FEZ' which has a surprisingly good electronic rendition of it. it's called 'Continuum' and I highly recommend that people give it a listen :)

●I remember hearing this song originally from The Notebook ... but it's interesting to hear it as it pertains to "Fifty Shades..." And to all of you assholes bashing the books; get over it. It's mindless, trashy, reading, and it's thoroughly enjoyable. If you don't like it; you take life too seriously, and that's sad. I read extremely serious and thought-provoking books on a regular basis. It's nice to throw all of that away and get lost in something so .... arousing.
●Actually, I did read the book. I sat through the entirety of it. There's a reason that the author started out doing Twilight fanfiction, because there's nothing original in it. All the women who were fantasising over Twilight now have 'Christian Grey'. It's unoriginal, and the music has power enough to stand on it's own without having that name and that awful book plastered all over it.
