●first someone proberly wanted abra and tried to get him and couldnt so they got jigglypuff to sing him to sleep but he needed lvl 25 in speed so he did that.2nd he/she tried to lvl up abra to get a kadabra but he use telorport to get his health up in the poke center .3rd after he finished the pokemon battle (lvl17 slowpoke) he put his health back up.last he went up the bridge to carry on the trainer battles. ●You don't exactly need Wigglytuff. But you will need an Abra with Teleport, and since wild Abra instantly flee from battles using that move, it is better to get a quick Pokémon which can put Abra to sleep so you can catch it easily. If you didn't fight against the trainers who you need to win against for this glitch to work, you can also do this later in the game when you have HM02 (Fly) and a Pokémon that can use it.

●i tried out on yellow version with the same routine , but other trainers , i captured also pokemon you would only get in the red or blue edition and also pokemon that would evolve only with link trade , so if you want to capture more pokemon like this try out also on other trainers ;)
