Get rid of the fat by eating little carbs and burn more calories than you consume everyday. After you get rid of the fat THEN work on the muscles.
●Eat little carbs as possible..Of course stay away from fatty foods but also avoid eating a lot of pasta and breads because they usually are high in carbs..Really all that matters is to burn more calories than you consume every day
