●hey dude im 14 and last year i would mostly do body weight excersices theyr really grreat!! i also used 12 pound dumbells but after every set i would do 5 reps of 20 pound dumbells and IT WORKED REEAALLY well. now im still skinny but have lean defined toned muscles to show off

●Hi Mike, I have been training with your program for a month and I have seen changes awesome results. Thanks to you, I have regained my self-esteem. I have been doing the 5 mins cardio alongside with the 9 minutes cardio. Also, I have been doing exercises for trcieps and abs and as for the legs I do rigorous cycling. The biggest problem that I have is I am having a hard time doing push ups. Even if my belly fat is getting smaller, I feel it's still heavy. What should I do?

●hey man, congratulations on getting great results with the program! If you can get heavier dumbbells that will help your progress a lot. If not, use intense bodyweight exercises (like I give you in the substitution chart.) Either way though be sure your form is excellent and you're studying the videos in the exercise vault because of your age.
