Rockstar games can put on a compelling story but suck at endings

●I just swam to Las Venturas for weapon pick-ups and realized this was a mission exploit according to PD Escobar. Best part is going to LV to get weapons will not make you gain any wanted stars. Once I got enough weapons and armor, I swam to the tanker and continued doing the mission
●Apologies for the late reply, but you do realize this is also a mission exploit where you can get out of the water and proceed to LV (without getting wanted stars) a.k.a (zero max mission) and getting weapon pick-ups and go to ammunation as well. And as far as I know there are no more missions where you lose your weapons.

●I finally did this by improvising. Because the wanted level is disabled, I went all the way to bayside with a boat, got the chopper, went to LV airport, grabbed the RPG from near the terminal, flew back, and when it comes to the part where you need to kill the snakehead, just stand on the highest point you can get to(the containers) and fire at the open window. The blast should kill him and you can then meet up with the immigrants. SAS shit right there :D
