TTD, KK and Stealth weigh the trains prior to launch and induce the minimum force necessary to crest the summit. As far as I am aware, the data from the previous 5 rides is used in making the calculation for the next ride. However, less weight is more likely to cause a rollback (Newton's 2nd law) - but the weight distribution does come into play.

If it is pouring they usually close it, but it is not required to close just because of moisture in the air. What did you think would happen? The coaster is going to slide off the track? Lol..
