If your going down stairs your going to have to do an ollie while moving. plus if you learn the ollie while moving you automatically learn the stationary verison of it like a second nature. but if you learn it while stationary it will be harder for you to learn it moving.

●No, I learnt a few little bits when I was younger but have always had issues with chords, mainly not having long enough fingers or flexible enough joints. I actually went and bought a guitar today to try and learn, again. Still having a bit of trouble, but from what a lot of people have told me, it's very much a learnt thing, and your hands, along with my pork fingers will probably become more accustomed to things like this with a lot of practice, stay positive :)

●hey dude im 14 and last year i would mostly do body weight excersices theyr really grreat!! i also used 12 pound dumbells but after every set i would do 5 reps of 20 pound dumbells and IT WORKED REEAALLY well. now im still skinny but have lean defined toned muscles to show off

●Hi Mike, I have been training with your program for a month and I have seen changes awesome results. Thanks to you, I have regained my self-esteem. I have been doing the 5 mins cardio alongside with the 9 minutes cardio. Also, I have been doing exercises for trcieps and abs and as for the legs I do rigorous cycling. The biggest problem that I have is I am having a hard time doing push ups. Even if my belly fat is getting smaller, I feel it's still heavy. What should I do?

●I got 35 pounds of dumbbell and workout almost daily...I was thinking about getting the 100 pounds of dumbbell...Cost about $140...

●hey man, congratulations on getting great results with the program! If you can get heavier dumbbells that will help your progress a lot. If not, use intense bodyweight exercises (like I give you in the substitution chart.) Either way though be sure your form is excellent and you're studying the videos in the exercise vault because of your age. Check out my video "how to gain muscle mass for teens" for more details on how you should take it to the next level.
