●Believe it or not, this was a training exercise. The pilot did an autorotation to water (successfully) simulating an engine failure. This maneuver can result in low rotor rpm just before touchdown, as the aircraft is flared (see main rotor blades cone or bend at 6-7 seconds). Pilot then tries the 2nd phase of the procedure, a low power or "running takeoff" (also on a single engine) but the nose of the aircraft catches a wave and flips over. (my USNavy pilot instructor did the same thing) Ouch
