●I am not disagreeing that some romanian gipsies give us a horrible image as a nation to the Wide World (and by the way, so do non-gipsy romanians!), but I do believe that after living in a territory for so many centuries, how can you not have a national identity? turks that have been living in germany and are now the 3rd or 4th generation are considered and consider themselves germans. Why would this not apply to gipsies? just because they migrate? you have to keep in mind that they come back.
