I'd say The Turks' point of view is what actually happens in the story. It even clears up some issues that don't make sense in Crisis Core.
●The events line up with Before Crisis (Turks' perspective of events prior to FF7). Before Crisis and Crisis Core conflict several times, but Before Crisis answers more questions than what arise from playing/watching it played on youtube. Tifa's dad takes her to Midgar afterwards. Character in Before Crisis protects cloud and zack from monsters until Hojo arrives to do experimiments on them and take the survivors of nibelheim to perform experiments on them, like with the survivors of Kalm

●In the regular ff7, there's a secret cutscene that show's some parts with zack that don't add up with Last Order. Also stuff like sephiroth doesn't jump in the mako, he gets thrown into it by cloud. Another is Tifa's dad was killed where cloud killed sephiroth, not outside of the mako reactor. Just stuff like that I would assume.

●I wouldn't go that far...FFVI is definitely my pick for the best FF of all time, but my second favorite is a tie between this game and Final Fantasy XI. Yes, you heard me right, FFXI. Most FF fans never made that leap, but anyone that has knows that you guys missed out, especially during it's heyday from 2004-2006. While my record for longest play time in a single session will likely always be FFVII at 19 straight hours, I had my share of 12 hour FFXI days, that's for sure. :)
