●okay, here's the reason nobody sees the bear. The first video tells you to focus on how many passes the white team makes, so you only focus on the white team. The white and black teams only pass among themselves, so it only makes sense to follow the ball. They designed and coreagraphed it so that the ball the white team is passing never comes close to the bear, and the bear's color in the video resembles the black team, making him pat of the background.
