Seymour didn't pull the trigger or physically kill Orin, who got murdered by his own perverted machine, but he could have helped Orin by turning the machine off and chose not too. He effectively stood to one side and did nothing to prevent a death he could have stoped. Sounds like murder too me. Also he had the intention of murder after being persuaded by Audrey II. I'm just saying I wouldn't even go there without exploring other possibilities.

●I kind of put this into the same catagory as Rocky Horror picture show as one of the most fundamentally demented musials ever...well...aside from Cats anyway...and its so brilliant! I fact I think this and Rocky Horror exist in a catagory of two. The thing is though Audrey II says it must be fresh but never answers if it needs to be human. If I was seymour my first thought would be to buy in a few cows or something and try that first before resorting to murder...its just never really addressed.
