●I once had to do the 500 to the 200 free relay to the 100 back to the 400 free relay
●I had a swim meet about a month ago where i had to do a 200 freestyle individual, then a 50 freestyle individual about 3 minutes later, then at the end of the meet i had to do the 4x50 freestyle relay and then the 4x100 freestyle relay.
●Yeah I did that too, because like we had the 4 x 200 free relay. Then 4 heats of JV boys/girls then Varsity boys/girls 100 back stroke. Then we had the 100 breaststroke. So by the time my event ended, and I jumped down int he cool down pool, and caught my breath the JV session for back stroke was already over. So I had like 5-10 minutes of rest maybe. Kinda sucks I still hit a 1:15 though.

So it might still be there. I did make some improvements this morning practice. So i don't know. If you go 31:34 -> 1:15 you drop off alot on the endurance That means from a 31 split then you go a 45. I go like a 33 -> 42? That's per 50 though. I'm not high on endurance.

●we're are very alike. I'm 100 breast, but I hit about a 1:13 if I do it soley focused on that, but if I have events before that I hit like a 1:15-1:17. I don't have extreme endurance, but I'm hybrided for my coach. So I do fly/breast. It's hard cause I was a focused breast stroker at club, but then when I come to highschool I had to start hybriding it, because no one else would.

They're beautiful but not representative of every Japanese swimmer. Just as Aaron isn't representative of every American swimmer. What swimming is "bout" is figuring out what makes YOU the fastest. Aaron has done that and became the greatest backstroker of all time. Maybe he just worked harder.

●i think it is a strong posibility that we will see Phelps take on the 200 back in London 2012.
