●The movie takes place in Pennsylvania, however, many times the news channels don't always show the footage live, it's pre-taped, so one can assume it was from earlier and Barbara and her brother managed to not hear anything about it on the way to the grave (in the very beginning before Johnny gets out of the car the radio comes on and starts saying something about it, but then he turns it off).
●There have been tons of remakes, man! Only one of them was any good though.
●I'm 15 years old and I still can't understand - how zombies or vampires can get out from coffins? O.o
●Figures the black man survives the zombies...just to be shot by the cops :(

●A couple of comments 1. i thought zombies were dumb, and couldnt use blunt objects the way Karen did 2. when barbara was pulled in, wouldn't the zombies be occupied to much to go in the house 3. why didnt ben help barbara and helen when they were being attacked? 4. any body else think its funny how ben ends up in the cellar? anyway, good old classic horror, always is still a good movie

●What makes the movie scary is the story, not the murders itself. I mean, that shower scene isn't what haunts you after watching psycho what stuck with me was the look on Bates' face when he was talking to himself in this mothers' voice at the ending. And this is why Alfred Hitchcock is such a good film director his movies are psychologically scary.
●why the hell am i just now finding out that Janet Leigh is Jamie Lee Curtis's mother? i knew both her parents were famous; i just didn't know that this woman was her mom.
●The fact that it's old fashioned makes it more freaky. Although I am worried about the remake I just can't see it living up to this. I think it will be too Hollywood.
