I do feel level 2 is tiresome, but the day after it I just don't feel sore. I don't have six pack but I have been doing some crunches lately, it was sore the first the time I did it, now I do like 150 crunches still don't feel soreness. That's why I tried this workout, but still not feeling sore after it...
