●Different films... Is Blade Runner better than Star Wars? Depends what you're looking for. Not sure about Begins, but Dark Knight is the greatest serious treatment of comicbook villains ever. Still think Avengers is the greatest pure comicbook movie ever. Neither one diminishes the other.

●As far as my understanding is (and I could be wrong), Mark was in a car accident back in 1978 which required plastic surgery and rebuilding his face. I think that's why they included a scene at the beginning of The Empire Strikes Back when that ice creature hits him. But yes, he does look different, and I think that might go some way to explaining it.
