●Nope, for this demo code I hijacked joScript to fetch the data as a script node. Yahoo's RESTful services allow you to set a callback wrapper function for this exact purpose. Much easier to use this technique when possible (and from a trusted source).

●This is a normal Macbook Pro temperature. They run that hot but your rarely notice it. When the HDD Runs a lot and gets real hot is about one of the few ways to actually feel that temperature. Atleast in the MBP I had.
●@tschundeee: for iPhone apps, I use PhoneGap (phonegap dot com) in conjunction with Jo. It's also an open source framework and handles low-level stuff. @mc0nstable: if you have one of these devices, would love to get your feedback. And yeah, making a phone app into a tablet app is a little interesting. I'll have a more tablet-friendly version of the traffic app soon, but I have a lot of todo's above that one for Jo. :)
●Okay, so better Firefox/Fennec support is still on the way when v4 comes out, great. And it will be interesting to see how Jo works with later model Nokia N8 (Symbian^3) and Meego devices. Looking forward to the larger screen tablet UX tweaks too.
