●When I began my yogic journey it was because of anxiety. Kundalini yoga is very gentle and nourishing for the nervous system. What makes one "feel worse" is having to face the emotions that have been bound up in the body unacknowledged and why one suffers from anxiety. Once these emotions are acknowledged without judgment they dissipate, you are actually removing the cause of anxiety. I used Maya Fiennes' disk at home at first, it is very gentle and perfect for a frazzled nervous system.
