I pack a weeks supply of protein powder in my suitcase and a two days supply of oatmeal. When I arrive, I go to a grocery store asap and buy lots of nonfat canned chili, cereal, and some protein bars. My default meal is a bowl of cereal with water and a scoop of protein powder - high in fiber, low in fat, high in protein.

●Could someone tell me their opinion on my chest workout. i do it once a week and im bulking the reps on all are about 8,7,6/5 Flat bench 4 sets incline chest press 4 sets decline bench 2 sets <- -- should i change this to 3 sets? and one below? slight incline flys 2 sets

●ayy man when i work out my chest ill due about 6 to 8 different workout 6 sets each workout in 8 to 10 reps...ill due two work outs for upper chest in two for lower in in two with flat bench in sometimes ill hit two butterflies...is that two much or what...so in total it will be about 36 sets to 48 sets depending on how pump i feel.

Range Rover trying to go up a slight muddy incline. I would like to add to all those tosser's out there this is not my car I was sat in my Mitsi L200 which on standard road tyres could drive rings aro
