The rules in Hillclimb are more free than in any other sort of racing, and this car was completely rebuilt for hillclimb. So, yes this is a Ex-DTM 190E With a V8 Engine. Also the sound of the engine is way too deep for a 4 cylinder, which should have given it away already.

We have an amateur rally series held by Rally America, but it's not part of the FIA or anything. It's amazing Rally hasn't taken off here, considering how many guys out in the country sling their giant trucks around dirt roads at high speed - you'd think somebody would try to do something other than dirt tracking.
