No Japanese has seen Mr.Sakurai in the disaster-stricken area. Mr. Sakurai deceived overseas people who did not know the situation well, by sending pet food once to each shelter as a camouflage. Of all the money which he raised, nothing was contributed to the shelters.

●I served aboard the USNS Comfort for the Haiti earthquake relief. The news made it out to be less of a disaster than it really was. Like any place, Haitians fought and their government took advantage of the poor. Seeing them re-defined poverty for me. America is the only country who's major health problem amongst the "poor' is obesity... Be thankful for what you got, for I'd kill to not be like what Haiti is...it's that terrifying.
