●you don't need to watch the original, I watched the original after this one and it's kind of disconnected. You can watch this and understand everything. The first movie is kind of different.

●If you wan't to get technical with this I could argue that if this is a story about Parker's origin as Spider-man, it's wrong and completely out of order; The Lizard isn't the first villain in Spiderman's rogues gallery, Gwen Stacy comes waaay after Mary Jane, and Parkers parents were really government spy's that NEVER worked for Oscorp. This crap is going to be a FAIL on so many levels it's not even funny!
●Three of those weren't reboots; The Nicholas Hammond Spider man were mini series not movies, the Incredible Hulk wasn't a reboot it was a sequel as well as Punisher Warzone the only one you might be right about is Nolan's Batman movies which never coorelated with the comic books to began with! Chris Evan's Captain America was alright but is more of a remake of the original Captain America movie but doesn't qualify as a reboot! This film will suck because it won't follow the comics at all!

●Fincher's is faster paced and edgier, while the original's detailed with smoother, more organic editing. I love the Hannibal Lecter style ending of the original Swedish version. They're equally good films tough.

●I'd actually recommend watching the dub. They can be just a bit awkward, but if you're not familiar with Japanese, the dubs can actually add a lot to the experience. There's actually a big split in the anime fanbase over whether dubs are acceptable in place of subs. This series in particular has a really great dub, so I would recommend checking it out. Also, dubs are sometimes just the subtitles said aloud, so a lot of what would get lost is already gone. But Songs like this do suffer in dubs.

●There is TONS lost in the translations, I know jap and can say that while the dubs can help get people into the serise the only true way to watch them is subtitled unless you understand jap as I do... You're only other option is to grab yourself a good Jap class and study for a few years like I did to learn their great language.

●Have you ever seen ir heard of the shows Beck, Nana Or kids on the slope? All three are music anime and to be fair. The first 3 episodes of Angel beats are really good, But then the plot decides to get screwed up, and there basically no music after episode 3.
