And it happened about eight times, I was too under-leveled to fight or catch it and my sister then said I can't catch it after finding it once, and since I was around 8 at the time, I believed her. Worse part of the game for me anyway... But Latio/Latias is the biggest pain to catch without a Masterball in my opinion!XD

●you can switch those up in any order really azelf has a low catch rate, its frustrating, it could bring out emotions you need to play smart to catch a fleeing pokemon like mespirit and uxie has a low catch rate, you need will power to catch it

●Me too! And I caught Azelf with a Great Ball! Oh and I found a quick way to catch Mesprit. Go between two routes that have tall grass,find where the border between the two is, and just keep pacing back and forth on that border( With the Marking Map app on) until Mesprit is on one of the routes. Then you know what to do from there.
