I have two hacked Lv. 100 Shiny Shaymin's that are able to morph into Sky Forme, but I also have two legit, non-hacked Lv. 30 Shaymin's that I cannot transform with the Flower (Yes, it's possible). For a Shaymin to be able to transform, it has to be a Fateful Encounter Shaymin (A caught Shaymin from D/P will not be a Fateful Encounter). ALSO, I was able to obtain the Gracidea Flower with the hacked Shaymin in my party. ^-^

The team was: Infernape, Giratina, Garchomp, Staraptor, Togekiss, Steelix I used Steelix against Spirtomb and set up Stealth Rock then beat it, used Garchomp against Togekiss (it had Stone Edge=pretty easy), beat Lucario with Staraptor (Close Combat of course), Giratina vs Garchomp, Togekiss vs Milotic (it knew Air Slash, Hyper Beam, Aura Sphere and Shock Wave) and finally I took out her Roserade with Infernape.
